Dr. Shasha Tan

Dr. Shasha Tan is a serial entrepreneur and an active Investor. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UCL and a Ph.D of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna. 

She holds executive positions in several large successful global companies. She manages and oversees venture capital funds that span diversified industries from Fintech to Green Energy.

“Preserving values for the next generation” is a recurring theme in the history of her Family. Her family’s assets include the manufacture of Transmission and distribution equipment in China, along with numerous lands in the UK, Thailand and HK, as disparate the diversity of these industries, the companies share three characteristics: being managed according to the family values, being operated sustainably, and that healthy growth is more important than making a quick profit.
